Will global warming destroy the earth?
Page 2

The scriptures clearly indicate that the earth will be inhabited forever. Solomon, the wisest king of Israel, was inspired to write, "One generation passeth away, and another generation cometh: but the earth abideth for ever"  (Ecclesiastes 1:4 KJV).

The prophet Isaiah recorded this, "For thus saith Jehovah that created the heavens, the God that formed the earth and made it, that established it and created it not a waste, that formed it to be inhabited: I am Jehovah; and there is none else" (Isaiah 45:18 ASV).

the news concerning global warming and the summit held in copenhagen had more to do with money and putting a end to capitolism than the issue of global warming anyone who looks at this issue openly knows it's false anyone who knows the bible knows this is false.

Please explain. I don't doubt that the agenda's at these meetings are different than what the public is told, but what do you mean that anyone who knows the Bible knows this is false.

Use your judgment and do what you can. We just do not want to be in the class of those in Revelation 11:18 who destroy the earth.

Is it our responsibility to leave the earth a better place than before? If so, what are some ways to do that?

God is spirit. You cannot see spirit. Can you see the wind? Do you deny that it exists? You cannot see the wind but you can see the effects of the wind. Same with our spirit God!!

the bible says that the good news would be preached threwout the whole inhabited earth and then the end will come. Who is the religious group doing this?

All of Christ's true Disciples are doing this. The Bible is available everywhere in all nations. It is the responsibilty of all true Christians to pass on the good news of the Kingdom of God preached by our true ministers, those in the Bible.

Pray for God's Kingdom to come-Matthew 6:10

Who created your god?
— Guest User

Almighty God has no beginning.

Psalm 90:2 Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.

Acts 17:29-31 Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device. And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.

"There is too much evidence with creation and Bible history facts to say the Bible may not be true. It is true and the things prophesied about in the Bible will happen."
How do you proclaim that a 2000 year old book that was written over a large period of time with many contradicting "facts" that don't and never will match up to histories time line as evidence?
Who created your god?

John 4:24 God is a Spirit, and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
Satan is the destroyer in this world. He is the prince of air.
God is seeing now, who loves him.
When you repent, and you can pray to be filled with the Holy Ghost.

Thanks for your comments Raider. You ask great questions like "if there is a God why the world is in the state it is in?". Take a look at our December newsletter available on this site. Look at the second article titled, the world in turmoil. It may help answer some of these questions.

You mentioned that we should take notice about global warming, which I agree with, however, there is a God and we should not doubt that there is one. There is too much evidence with creation and Bible history facts to say the Bible may not be true. It is true and the things prophesied about in the Bible will happen.

We should take care of the earth, and God's people will be saved from those that destroy it. A young man like yourself has a lot of promise. Stay vigilant and give the Bible a chance. It just takes some time to study.

15Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. (2 Timothy 2:15)

If global warming wont ever happen, consider this, we should all TRY to cut down on our energy ussage because OIL and fossil fuels wont always be here and hey, what if it turns out that, well the bible is wrong and the earth floods and we all drown or it dosn't flood, but we die from the air quality being so poor that we slowly suffocate to death! Thats all, oh by the way im a 14 year old kid and i don't want to die any time soon.

The world will not ever be flooded again because Almighty God promised it in Genesis 9:11-15.
