Was the Shroud of Turin really Christ's burial cloth?
The Shroud of Turin is often given publicity as the burial cloth of Jesus Christ. It is a centuries old linen cloth, which displays the image of a crucified man. Many claim it is the image of Jesus Christ. The Bible can prove that it is not. The truth about the Shroud of Turin is a LITTLE KNOWN FACT OF THE BIBLE.

Disproving the Shroud of Turin as the burial cloth of Jesus Christ is easy using the Bible, as the proof is described in the Bible book of John, chapter 20, verses 6 and 7 KJV. "Then cometh Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre, and seeth the linen clothes lie, And the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself."

The same tradition of using a separate cloth for the head was used with Lazarus, as described in John 11:43-44 KJV. "And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin."

In these accounts, the head cloth was a separate item. It was not one piece of linen with the image of Jesus Christ.
